Clemson's president says the school has not be in contact with the Southeastern Conference regarding joining the league.

With the Aggies all but assured of becoming the SEC's 13th member by Monday, it's a near certainty that Mike Slive will cast his nets for a 14th. Raider Slive might even try to balloon the membership to 16.
